Malabarista★

Have you been dancing Collegiate Shag for 3 to 9 months and already know the basic steps? Welcome to your level! Here you will consolidate and expand your fundamentals, enriching your technique and style. Perhaps you are looking to improve your fluidity in dance or begin to incorporate more advanced movements that give greater expressiveness and variety to the Shag.

Acróbata★★★

Have you been dancing shag for more than 3 years and have you already been to shag festivals? You are comfortable dancing socially to slightly faster rhythms and you like to explore musicality through dance.

Trapecista ★★

Have you been dancing for between 1 and 2 years? This level is aimed at anyone who already has some experience dancing Collegiate Shag beyond the basic steps. You dance shag whenever you can at social events and want to improve your technique.

Registration

By using the registration form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. The information provided on the form must be accurate, and you must complete all required fields. The data you provide will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. The event team may use your email address to contact you for reasons related to the event.

If you are registering with a partner, both partners must complete an individual registration form.

Upon submitting the form, you will receive a registration confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee your participation in the event. An additional message will be sent to the email address you provided, detailing whether you have been placed on the waiting list or whether you can proceed with the payment process to complete your registration. Only by submitting the event fee within 7 days of receiving the confirmation will you be eligible to participate in the event.

If you do not submit the fee on time, your registration will be canceled, leaving the spot available for other participants. If you wish to register again, you will need to restart the registration process. Changes in event fees must be taken into account based on the new registration date.

Cancellation

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, as we are organizing this event on a non-profit basis and at the lowest possible price, which means we need to sell all tickets to cover our costs.

However, your pass for the event can be transferred to another person at no additional cost. Please contact us with the details of the new attendee so we can make the necessary adjustments. If you are unable to find someone to take your place, please do not hesitate to write to us, and we will check if there is anyone suitable on the waiting list.

Each pass can only be used by a single participant. Therefore, we do not allow the pass to be shared with others.

In the event that the event is canceled for unforeseen reasons (including, but not limited to, pandemics, political instability, natural disasters, etc.), participants will be reimbursed to the extent possible, after covering fixed costs.

Schedule, Locations, Teachers/Bands

Although not anticipated, changes may be made to the event schedule, locations, or announced artists. If necessary, we will make every effort to provide suitable, appropriate, and/or reasonable replacements.

Medias

Participating in the event implies consent to be photographed and filmed during the event. Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes. If you are not satisfied with any image or recording in which you appear, please contact us immediately.

Responsability

The event team is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the event. Please be sure to take care of your body by warming up, cooling down, and stretching, and remember that you are sharing the dance space with other dancers.
